friend　who　came　from　a　foreign　country　with　less　financial　power。　Petitioner　files　false　accusation　against　me　in　her　declaration　and　filed　a　false　police　report　alleging　that　I　made　terrorist　threats　against　her。　I　was　questioned；　handcuffed　and　arrested　by　polices。　I　can't　believe　that　I　have　been　charged　with　a　felony　based　upon　the　word　of　her。

The　Court　should　know　that　after　petitioner　obtained　The　Temporary　Restraining　Order　in　this　action　she　has　called　me　home　repeatedly　leaving　numerous　messages　on　telephone　answering　machine　in　an　attempt　to　get　me　to　continue　dating　her。　Petitioner　begged　me　to　call　her　back；　Stating　that　it　was　not　a　violation　of　The　Restraining　Order　for　me　to　return　her　calls。　For　pacify　her；　I　did　return　a　few　of　her　calls　although　I　now　know　that　I　should　not　have　done　so。　Finally；　I　believe　that　she　is　stalking　me。
